Complete Intake Forms
We'll send digital intake forms before your first visit. Complete them at your own pace from home no rush, no pressure.
Your Initial Assessment
Your first session is a comprehensive assessment. We get to know you (or your child), your goals, history, and challenges in a welcoming, non-judgmental setting.
Receive Your Personalized Plan
Your practitioner will discuss assessment findings, goals and recommended next steps. Confirm when any written report or plan will be available.
Begin Therapy
Regular sessions begin. We track progress, adjust the plan as needed, and keep you informed every step of the way.
Prepare for Your Appointment
Ask your practitioner which documents are relevant and how to share them before your appointment.
Upload Before Your Appointment

Helping Your Child Feel Ready
A calm, prepared child makes for a more productive first session. Here's how you can help.
Prepare Your Child
Let your child know they'll be visiting a helper whose job is to make talking, moving, or learning easier and more fun.
Use Simple Language
Use child-friendly words like "We're going to see someone who helps kids learn new things" keep it positive and low-pressure.
Support Progress at Home
